In-house Molding
With separate tooling workshop, all the molds for stainless steel casting are designed and made in house directly. In CFS Foundry, we select aircraft aluminum and higher precision to machine stainless steel casting molds, which can cast out stainless steel castings with better surface finish and higher dimensions accuracy.
Stainless Steel Investment Casting
All the stainlesss steel castings in CFS Forge are customized by investment casting process. With investment casting, we can offer stainless steel castings within 0.05kg-70kgs. Besides, the tolerance can be controlled within ISO8062 CT5-CT6 level, and the surface finish can reach around Ra6.3.
Post Machining
Sometimes, stainless steel casting can not meet the dimensional tolerances or surface finish of the finished part. To serve our customers better, CFS foundry can supply post machining service as well. Our post machining services can help to save cost for our customers if casting and machining are both operated in our factory.
Redesign Service
Sometimes, the original design from our customer is not so ideal for manufacturing. To suit stainless steel casting process, we will supply some suggestions for better production.
Heat Treatment
Solution treatment is the common heat treatment method after stainless steel casting. Such heat treatment is done for the purpose of improving internal properties and easy machining.
Surface Finish
Shot blasting is most commonly surface finish way after stainless steel casting. In addition, our company can also provide other surface finishes, such as pickling and passivating, electropolishing, sand blasting, glass bead blasting, mirror polishing, powder coating, etc.
